Digital Products
Due to the instant access provided after purchase, all digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind.
If you experience any issues accessing your files or receive a corrupted download, please contact us and we will happily assist.
Clothing & Physical Products
Our clothing and accessories are made to order especially for you.
Because each item is produced after an order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Colour preference
- Ordering the wrong item
Please refer carefully to our sizing guides before purchasing.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders for physical products begin processing shortly after they are placed.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Digital products cannot be cancelled once purchased.
