Are your products digital or physical?
We offer both.
Our store includes instant digital downloads, as well as print-on-demand clothing and accessories that are made especially for you after you place your order.
When will I receive my digital download?
Digital products are available immediately after your payment has been processed.
You’ll receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email.
I haven’t received my download email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first.
If you still can’t find your download, contact us at support@anchoredwithin.co and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I print my digital resources more than once?
Yes.
You may print your purchased resources as many times as you need for your own personal use or with your own household.
Teachers and therapists may also use resources within their own classroom or professional practice unless otherwise stated.
Can I share my digital files with others?
No.
Each purchase includes a licence for one purchaser only.
Please do not email, upload, copy or share our digital products with others. Your support helps us continue creating new resources for families.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
Our print-on-demand clothing and accessories can be shipped to many countries worldwide.
Shipping times vary depending on your location.
How long does shipping take?
Physical products are generally produced within 2–7 business days before shipping.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping provider.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Can I return clothing or physical products?
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payment methods available through Shopify, including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment options available at checkout.
Are your resources suitable for schools and therapists?
Yes.
Many of our resources are designed for use by parents, educators, therapists and support professionals to help children build confidence, emotional regulation and everyday life skills.
Are your resources evidence-informed?
Our resources are thoughtfully created using practical, neurodiversity-affirming approaches and are designed to support families in everyday life.
They are intended to complement, not replace, professional advice or therapy.
Do you create custom resources?
At this stage, we are focused on expanding our current collection of printable resources and apparel.
If custom resources become available in the future, we’ll share updates through our website and newsletter.
